In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Unclechronis Tattoo. "You" means the person using this website, booking a service, or placing an order. By using the site, booking an appointment, or buying from our store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to book or receive a tattoo. We do not tattoo minors under any circumstances, with or without parental consent.
Piercing services for anyone under 18 require the written consent of a parent or legal guardian. Valid photo ID may be required for both the minor and the guardian.
You must present a valid government-issued photo ID proving your age before any service. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service including where a client appears intoxicated, unwell, or unable to give informed consent.

Appointments for tattoos, piercings, and flash sessions are made through our online booking system.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated service price is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is deducted from the final price and reserves the artist's time for you.

You may reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours' notice, and your deposit carries over. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, forfeit the deposit; a new deposit is required to rebook. Arriving significantly late may be treated as a no-show at the artist's discretion.

Prices depend on size, placement, detail, and time. Any quote given beforehand is an estimate; the final price is confirmed with your artist. All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Tattooing and piercing are invasive procedures that carry inherent risks. Before any procedure you will complete and sign a consent and health declaration form, and you must disclose truthfully any relevant medical condition, allergy, medication, pregnancy, or skin condition. We may refuse or postpone a service on health or safety grounds.

We provide aftercare instructions at the time of service. Proper healing depends on you following them. We are not liable for complications, infections, or poor healing caused by failure to follow aftercare guidance or by conditions not disclosed to us.

Any health or aftercare information on this website is general guidance only and is not medical advice. If you notice signs of infection or an adverse reaction, seek medical attention.

Our store sells piercing jewelry, merchandise, and related products. We display products and descriptions as accurately as possible, though slight variations (screen colour, handmade items) may occur.

All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown before you confirm your order. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we confirm or dispatch the item. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, a pricing error or stock issue) and refund any amount paid.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details; card data is handled by Stripe under its own security standards.

As a consumer, under EU and Greek law you may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, email hello@unclechronis.com within the 14-day period. Goods must be returned unused and in original condition; return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to piercing jewelry or other body jewelry that has been unsealed or worn, for hygiene reasons, nor to custom-made or personalised items.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos and your order number. You are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund under your statutory rights.

Completed tattoo and piercing services are non-refundable. Deposits are handled as described in the bookings section.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

You agree not to use the site to post unlawful, offensive, or infringing content, to disrupt its security or operation, or for any purpose that breaches these Terms or applicable law. Reviews or content you submit may be moderated or removed at our discretion.

All content on this website the Unclechronis Tattoo name and logo, text, graphics, photographs, and the tattoo and flash designs we produce is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our designs, artwork, or brand for commercial purposes without our written permission. Booking or receiving a tattoo does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or design to you.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for complications arising from undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable Greek law. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights. By using the site and our services, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that let you bring proceedings in your place of residence.

As a consumer, you may also submit disputes to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the "last update" date shown above. Continued use of the site or our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
