Unclechronis Tattoo is the data controller for the personal data processed through this website and our studio. We are located at 7 Faneromenis Street, 15561 Cholargos, Athens, Greece (VAT / Α.Φ.Μ.: [TO BE ADDED]).

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we protect it, and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek data protection law.

Depending on how you use our site and services, we may collect:

• Identity and contact details name, email, phone, and (for orders) shipping and billing address.
 
 • Booking details: The service you book, appointment dates, and messages you send us about your tattoo or piercing.
 
 • Health information: Before a tattoo or piercing, we collect a health declaration (for example allergies, medical conditions, medication, pregnancy). This is special-category data and is handled with extra care (see "Health data" below).
 
 • Order and payment data: Items purchased and transaction details. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.
 
 • Account data: If you create a member account, your login and profile details.
 
 • Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser information, and cookie data when you visit the site.

We process your data to:

• Provide and manage your bookings and services — legal basis: performance of a contract.
 
 • Process store orders, payments, shipping, and returns — performance of a contract.
 
 • Keep records required by law (for example tax and invoicing) — legal obligation.
 
 • Protect your health and safety before a procedure — see "Health data".
 
 • Respond to enquiries you send through our forms — legitimate interest / your consent.
 
 • Send marketing or offers, where you have opted in — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
 
 • Maintain the security and proper functioning of the site — legitimate interest.

To perform a tattoo or piercing safely, we ask you to complete a health declaration. Because this is special-category data under Article 9 GDPR, we collect and use it only with your explicit consent, given when you sign the consent form, and only for the purpose of assessing whether the procedure is safe for you.

We do not use your health information for marketing, we do not share it with third parties except where strictly necessary or legally required, and we keep it securely for the retention period described below.

We may photograph completed work. We only publish photographs that identify you — or that show your tattoo or piercing in a recognizable way — with your separate, explicit consent. You may withdraw that consent for future use at any time by contacting us. Where we illustrate our services without client consent, we use our own or AI-generated imagery.

Αυτοί οι πάροχοι ενεργούν ως οι επεξεργαστές μας βάσει συμφωνιών που απαιτούν από αυτούς να προστατεύουν τα δεδομένα σας. Δεν πωλούμε τα προσωπικά σας δεδομένα. Ορισμένοι πάροχοι ενδέχεται να επεξεργάζονται δεδομένα εκτός ΕΕ/ΕΟΧ. Όπου το κάνουν, ισχύουν κατάλληλες διασφαλίσεις (όπως οι Τυποποιημένες Συμβατικές Ρήτρες της ΕΕ).

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above:
 

• Booking and health records — kept for as long as needed for aftercare and legal defence.
 
 • Order and invoicing records — kept for the period required by Greek tax law.
 
 • Account data — kept while your account is active.
 
 • Marketing consent — kept until you withdraw it.
 

When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα) at www.dpa.gr.
